Modern Workplace Collaboration

The pandemic is over, or is it? The Great Resignation marches on. Companies have experienced great turnover through employees taking early retirement and other employees accepting better positions or roles in different fields. As managers juggle new hires and staff working remotely, they are looking for tools to assist with team development and changing company culture.

Everything DiSC Catalyst™ was released by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. on December 8, 2021. The online platform allows employees to complete the trusted Everything DiSC Workplace® assessment to determine their DiSC style (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness & Conscientiousness), workplace priorities and motivators / stressors. Once the assessment is completed, they can download an in-depth PDF report. Employees have access to Catalyst™ during the full tenure with their employer.

Companies can choose to activate employee profiles for Everything DiSC® Management (supervisory effectiveness) and / or Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ (emotional intelligence) based on how questions were answered when completing the Everything DiSC Workplace® assessment. Once the profiles are activated, employees have access to the corresponding modules in Catalyst™. They can download detailed PDF reports for each area.

The Catalyst™ platform allows employees to collaborate regardless of where they physically work. Employees can utilize the Colleagues feature to view DiSC® styles of their managers and coworkers, understand their similarities and differences and learn techniques to better communicate, collaborate and manage conflicts with them. Catalyst™ is also the perfect tool to facilitate ongoing learning via virtual, classroom or hybrid training workshops.
