Telephone Prescreen Interviews - determine an applicant's ability to communicate, clarify gaps in employment or frequent job changes, and ascertain salary requirements

  • Develop a prescreen form (with scoring) signed off on by hiring manager.
  • Analyze data from prescreen interviews in report format for hiring manager to review.

First-Round Interviews

  • Develop an introduction and standard set of behavioral-based, competency-based, or situational-based interview questions to be asked of all applicants (with scoring) signed off on by hiring manager.
  • Analyze data from first-round interviews in report format for hiring manager to review.

Exit Interviews

  • Speak to departing employees with the intent of generating positive change (i.e., uncover challenges with job designs or working conditions, understand a manager’s leadership style, an employee’s perception of workplace culture, or a competitor’s benefits package). These interviews are best conducted by an unbiased, third party.
  • Analyze data from exit interviews in report format for hiring manager to review.
