Exit Interviews
- Speak to departing employees with the intent of generating positive change (i.e., uncover challenges with job designs or working conditions, understand a manager’s leadership style, an employee’s perception of workplace culture, or a competitor’s benefits package). These interviews are best conducted by an unbiased, third party.
- Analyze data from exit interviews in report format for hiring manager to review.
