Inspire High Performing Teams with Conversation Starters in Catalyst™

Conversation Starters is a great feature included within the Everything DiSC® Catalyst™ online learning platform.

Following a workshop, learners can immediately transfer the training back to their jobs by creating a Group consisting of their direct reports, project team members or close colleagues. The group can be for personal reference or shared with the other members.

Once created, the members are visually represented on a group map by their DiSC® styles. Members’ style insights are provided, including their workplace priorities, what they care about, when to pull them in, and what may stress them out. Group insights are also shown, such as the makeup/weighting of DiSC® styles and members’ placement on different tendency continua (accommodating/strong-willed, private/outgoing, focused on feelings/focused on logic, tactful/frank, structured/unstructured, focused on realities/focused on possibilities, skeptical/accepting, fast-paced/steady-paced).

Conversation Starters on different topics are offered to help team members get to know one another and discuss their personality-based differences & their impact on group performance. The discussion prompts reinforce the DiSC® methodology. When used to guide conversations during team meetings, members can see how personality differences impact group dynamics. Conversation Starters enhance team unity, improve communication & boost performance.

Everything DiSC® Worksmart for Managers is an additional way to give leaders a fresh, actionable way to build stronger teams. Through five focused modules on the Catalyst™ platform—plus personalized tools they can use anytime—managers learn how to deliver feedback, navigate conflict, empower others, lead through change & motivate their teams (https://rureadytoachieve.com/everything-disc-worksmart-for-managers/).
